Inspiring Fitness with Tom Watson at BR Fitness

As some of you know, I have had trouble with my knee for many years and just last year had a knee replacement to help alleviate the pain. Four months ago, I wanted to improve my overall fitness level but worried about hurting my knee in the process. I was fortunate to find Tom Watson.
